This post is going to be one of my shorter ones since there isn’t very much information online about the case. Regardless of how much is available, I feel that everyone deserves a mention, even if I can’t give them a nicely paragraphed page of factual details. I will give what I can.
James P. Hillis, 35, was last seen when he left his home in Bearbranch, Ky (Leslie County) on September 12, 1993, to go to work. He never came home.
His truck was located on September 15, 1993, in Knoxville, Tn with the keys still in the ignition.
It’s believed he may have left the country.
That’s it. That’s all the information there is. I wonder why they think he may have left the country? Where did he work? Did he even make it to work that day?
So. Many. Questions.
If you knew James, or think you may have something that may be a lead, please call the Kentucky State Police at 606-435-6069.
