December 13, 1981, the body of a white male was found over a steep embankment at 10102 Mapleville Road on State Route 66 in Hagerstown, Maryland.

He was between the ages of 18-30 years old, with wavy brown hair that was around 2 1/2 inches long. His upper and lower front teeth were missing postmortem.

He was wearing a long-sleeve white, or tan shirt with raised dark brown horizontal stripes “GAP”; tan or gray corduroy pants, with a waist of 32, also “GAP”; white jockey type briefs “Sears”; and a t-shirt.
