Jimmy Kelly, 40, was last seen on June 12, 2013, in the Elkhorn City area of Pikeville, Ky. His 2003 Honda Element was found abandoned on an ATV trail on Kelly Mountain Road in the Shelby Gap community. The area was searched extensively. Authorities suspect that foul play was involved, as well as more than one individual but no arrests have been made. Please call the Kentucky State Police with any information 606-433-7711.
